Work will begin only after advance payment as mutually agreed. Delayed payments may result in project delay or suspension.
Installation timelines depend on site readiness, weather conditions, approvals, and material availability. Delays beyond our control shall not be our liability.
All solar panels and inverters are covered under manufacturer warranty. ShreeJi Solar Energy assists in warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturing defects.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative and material costs.
We are not liable for power generation loss due to weather, government policy changes, or external factors beyond our control.

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
